EU Omnibus Directive

Compliant with EU Directive 2019/2161 (art. 6a Dir. 98/6/EC), transposed in Italy by Legislative Decree 26/2023 (art. 17-bis Consumer Code): automatic price history tracking per product, with the 30-day lowest price available via API and shown at checkout.

VAT verification via VIES

Real-time validation of EU VAT numbers on first B2B login, with configurable cache and manual fallback for edge cases.

AES-256 encryption

Data at rest encrypted with AES-256, in-transit TLS 1.3. Keys managed via KMS with automatic rotation.

99.9% uptime SLA

Guaranteed yearly on Growth and Enterprise plans. Credit proportional to downtime period in case of breach.

Backup & disaster recovery

Daily snapshots, 30-day retention by default, point-in-time restore. Automatic region failover between European data centres.
