1. Subject
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Veendo platform, a B2B and B2C software for online sales cycle management, developed and distributed by South Pixel SRL, registered office at Via G. Pascoli 13, 76015 Trinitapoli (BT), Italy, VAT IT09018310723.
2. Service Description
Veendo is a unified commerce platform offering: product catalog management (B2B and B2C), dynamic price lists customized per client, agent portal with commission calculation, digital quotes convertible to orders, order management with approval workflows, B2C e-commerce with integrated page builder. The service is delivered in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode via cloud infrastructure.
3. Free Trial
Veendo offers a 14-day free trial starting from the registration date. During the trial period, users have access to all platform features without limitations. No credit card is required to activate the trial. At the end of the 14 days, the account will be automatically suspended if a paid plan is not subscribed. Data entered during the trial will be retained for 30 days after expiration.
4. Plans and Subscription
Available subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are detailed on the Pricing page. The subscription automatically renews at the end of the chosen period (monthly or annual). Payment is made in advance via accepted methods (credit card, bank transfer for the Enterprise plan). Prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT for clients with a VAT number.
5. Withdrawal and Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the admin area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used periods. In case of withdrawal within 14 days of the first subscription (pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005), consumer users are entitled to a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The Veendo software, its source code, graphics, content, and trademark are the exclusive property of South Pixel SRL and the deziq / Solutions for Innovation brand. Users do not acquire any intellectual property rights over the software. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
7. Liability and Warranties
South Pixel SRL guarantees service uptime of 99.9% on an annual basis (SLA). In case of malfunctions, users are entitled to a credit proportional to the downtime period. South Pixel SRL is not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to force majeure, or improper use of the platform by users.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. South Pixel SRL operates in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). User data is encrypted with AES-256 and stored on servers located within the European Union.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, the Court of Foggia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except as provided by the Consumer Code for consumers.
