2. Data Collected
We collect the following personal data: first and last name, business email address, phone number, company name, browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited), data collected through cookies and tracking technologies. Data is collected via the contact forms on the site, including the mandatory phone field for commercial inquiries.
3. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed for: (a) Managing contact requests and commercial leads; (b) Providing the Veendo service and the 14-day free trial; (c) Direct marketing activities, including sending commercial communications; (d) Behavioral profiling and analysis for advertising campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Insight Tag; (e) Service improvement and aggregate statistical analysis.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The site uses technical cookies (necessary for operation), analytics cookies (Google Analytics), and profiling cookies for advertising purposes. Specifically: Google Tag Manager (GTM) for centralized tag management; Meta Pixel for conversion tracking on Facebook and Instagram; LinkedIn Insight Tag for B2B remarketing on LinkedIn. All profiling and marketing cookies are activated only after obtaining the user's explicit consent via the cookie banner.

Personal data is retained for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which it was collected: commercial lead data for a maximum of 24 months from collection; contractual data for 10 years from the end of the relationship; browsing data and cookies for a maximum of 13 months.
