Veendo's B2B portal is a private space where your business customers see exactly what they're entitled to: their prices, their discounts, their products. No compromises on privacy, no confusion between different price lists.
Dedicated login and user groups
B2B customers log in with their own credentials, separate from the public storefront. The portal is protected and visible only to registered users. You can create user groups — for example "Northern Distributors", "Textile Resellers", "Agents" — and assign different rules to each group.
Every group member automatically inherits the group's rules: product visibility, price lists, discounts, order limits. If you need exceptions, you can override rules at the individual user level without touching the rest of the group.
Product visibility by group
Not all business customers see the same catalog. You can create allowed brand lists (manufacturers) for each group: if the "Textile Resellers" group can only order from Armani, Gucci and Prada, their catalog shows only those brands.
Search filters adapt accordingly. Search for a brand not on your list, and you get zero results — no confusion. Restrictions apply to agents ordering on behalf of customers too: the agent sees only the brands their customer can buy.
Wholesale price lists and tax-exclusive pricing
Every group (or individual customer) has its own price list. Prices are shown without VAT by default — the wholesale customer sees exactly what it costs them. VAT is added to the total only for transparency.
You can set a base price list and then override it for specific groups or customers. Change a price in the base list, and it propagates automatically to every customer using it — no manual updates across ten different Excel sheets.
- Prices shown tax-exclusive for business customers
- Volume discounts applied automatically to cart
- Configurable minimum order amounts per group
- Price change history (EU Omnibus Directive compliance)
Restrictions and discount plans
Beyond product visibility, you can apply a fixed percentage discount at the group or user level. For example: the "Northern Distributors" group automatically gets -15% across the entire catalog.
Discounts combine intelligently: group discount + quantity discount = final price. If a single user qualifies for an additional discount, that wins — the system always applies the most favorable discount for the customer.
Agent impersonation
Agents can place orders on behalf of their customers from the B2B portal. When an agent "enters" the customer, they see exactly what the customer would see: their prices, their discounts, their allowed products.
No risk of picking the wrong price list. No confused permissions. The agent sees everything through the customer's eyes, orders under the customer's terms, and their commission is calculated automatically on the confirmed order.
