Quote request from cart
The customer builds their cart as usual, but instead of paying, clicks "Request Quote". The system creates a quote request with products, quantities and any customer notes.
You get an immediate notification. The quote is already filled in — you don't retype anything. You adjust prices if needed, add discounts for this specific negotiation, and send the quote to the customer with one click. The customer receives a unique quote link.
Two-way communication thread
The customer views the quote and can open a conversation thread: "Can you offer a bundle discount?" or "What's the delivery date?". You get the message and respond — the customer sees it instantly. No long email chains, no lost context.
Every message is timestamped and archived. The system maintains full negotiation history: who said what, when, which version of the quote. If the customer comes back in three months, they know exactly what was agreed.

Accept and reject
The customer accepts the quote with one click. Veendo captures the timestamp, records who accepted it and from which IP, for solid legal audit trail.
If the customer rejects, you learn why — the platform asks if it's price, delivery or other. That feedback helps you refine the next quote. Rejected quotes stay in the archive for compliance and future reference.
Convert to order
When the customer accepts the quote, Veendo automatically converts it to a confirmed order. No retyping, no re-importing. The order exits the quote with the same quantities, prices and agreed terms.
The order lands in the warehouse immediately and fulfillment begins: picking, packing, shipment. If you use Poleepo or tracking webhooks, the customer automatically receives tracking numbers when the package ships.
Digital signature and legal compliance
Quotes can be sent for simple electronic signature (SES). The customer gets a link, signs with OTP email verification, and Veendo archives the signed document.
Every signature is certified with legal timestamp and signer's IP. Perfect if you sell products requiring written agreements, letters of credit or other formal documents. Digital signature is built in — no external PDF management.
